FAQs

Medicetics was established for patients looking for a safe, reliable, accountable and capable group of practitioners.

We are a Doctor-led clinic. We believe that all our practitioners should be well trained, not only in the procedure they are performing but also in dealing with any complications or difficulty that may arise.

As a clinic that is Doctor-led we can provide a wide range of methods to ensure that your treatments are pain free. A well trained Doctor can make any treatment painless if he has been trained sufficiently in nerve blocks, sedation and can prescribe strong analgesia.

All our Doctors have at least 6 years of experience.

We are proud to be able to offer you the best, most up-to-date and safest treatments in a safe, modern environment. We offer appointments 6 days a week including evenings until 9pm.

If you need more information on any of our treatments then we can get one of our Doctors to call or e-mail you.

You can book appointments with us Mon- Sat at Harley Street and Thurs- Fridays in Canary Wharf.

No, one of the benefits of going to a clinic led by our doctors is that we can use the latest anaesthetics to make procedures as comfortable as possible. You need to be a qualified Doctor or a Dentist to give local anaesthetic.

All Medicetics doctors have been trained in the UK and qualified for over 6 years. They have extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. All have attended specialist training for all the treatments that we offer. If you would like further reassurance please look online at the General Medical Council’s list of Registered Practitioners.

We are regulated by the General Medical Council and follow ‘best-practice’ guidelines. All our Doctors at Medicetics are fully accredited and insured.

Medicetics offers an extensive follow-up program at no additional cost and we will see you immediately with any problems, should they occur.

All patients are asked to complete a detailed medical history questionnaire for review by their Doctor.

Yes. This is very common. However there is no obligation to have the treatment and we would prefer you to go and think about it if you are unsure.

We accept cash, cheques, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch), and Solo.

There are several reasons that a doctor may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Medicetics has strict patient selection criteria to ensure that patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we may advise, in your best medical interests, that surgery is not appropriate. We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable such surgery.

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients. We do, however, have a complaints procedure in place and if for any reason you are unhappy with the treatment and feel you want to make a complaint or comment on the service provided, please either contact a member of staff at the clinic or callfor further details. We will endeavour to deal with any matters arising promptly and efficiently.
