Why should I choose Medicetics?

Medicetics was established for patients looking for a safe, reliable, accountable and capable group of practitioners.

We are a Doctor-led clinic and all our Doctors have at least 6 years of experience.. We believe that all our practitioners should be well trained, not only in the procedure they are performing but also in dealing with any complications or difficulties that may arise.

As a clinic that is Doctor-led we can provide a wide range of methods to ensure that your treatments are pain-free. A well-trained Doctor can make any treatment painless if he has been trained sufficiently in nerve blocks, and sedation and can prescribe strong analgesia.

We are proud to be able to offer you the best, most up-to-date and safest treatments in a safe, modern environment.

We offer appointments 6 days a week including evenings until 9 pm.

If you need more information on any of our treatments then we can get one of our Doctors to call or e-mail you.

Are Treatments Painful?

No, one of the benefits of going to a clinic led by our doctors is that we can use the latest anaesthetics to make procedures as comfortable as possible. You need to be a qualified Doctor or a Dentist to give local anaesthetic.

How do I know the doctor is properly qualified?

All Medicetics doctors have been trained in the UK and qualified for over 6 years. They have extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical treatments. All have attended specialist training for all the treatments that we offer. If you would like further reassurance please look online at the General Medical Council’s list of Registered Practitioners.

Is Medicetics regulated and by whom?

We are regulated by the General Medical Council and follow ‘best-practice’ guidelines. All our Doctors at Medicetics are fully accredited and insured.

What do I do if I have a problem or am not happy with the result?

Medicetics offers an extensive follow-up program at no additional cost and we will see you immediately with any problems, should they occur.

Will I need to have a medical?

All patients are asked to complete a detailed medical history questionnaire for review by their Doctor before their first consultation and treatment.

Can treatments be done at the same time as a consultation?

Yes. This is very common. However, there is no obligation to have the treatment and we would prefer you to go and think about it if you are unsure.

Do you ever turn people away?

Yes, we have. There are several reasons that a doctor may consider that a treatment is not a suitable option for an individual and Medicetics has strict patient selection criteria to ensure that patients are medically fit to undergo a particular treatment. It is therefore possible that we may advise, in your best medical interests, that surgery is not appropriate.

We will also not proceed with a procedure if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable with such surgery.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept cash, cheques, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Maestro (formerly Switch), and Solo.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you may cancel your appointment without charge if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. If you do not give us 48 hours' notice, we will charge you the deposit fee. If you cancel the same day, or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full treatment fee.
